A merger of gaming and film in California

Skyrocket Entertainment, gambling marketing rights firm, has added to its Hollywood films portfolio through a new collaboration with Millennium Media.

A Growing Portfolio

According to the Hollywood reporter, Skyrocket Entertainment is collaborating with Millennium for the marketing of content that is film branded. The content will be marketed to international online gambling operators to be used in instant win lottery, slots, and bingo games.

Jason Statham titles, including the Mechanic and Rambo 4. The firm has also produced various interesting titles such as Loving Pablo, Lovelace and the Paperboy. With Lovelace being a porn biopic, many are keenly awaiting the release of its first game.

According to the agreement, Skyrocket will be in charge of game development, certification and the distribution of the games developed from these titles. The game development will commence next month, their launch of gambling websites expected to take place in the coming year.

A Promising Future for the Partnership

The PartnershipThe gambling marketing rights firm was founded by Richard Clark and Sean O’Kelly. Clark is a veteran within the gaming industry, having worked at Gala Coral, Ladbrokes and Fortuna Entertainment among other places. O’Kelly is a film producer. The two founders announced that they would be launching the new venture during last year’s Cannes Film Festival. In the same year, the pair appointed another gaming industry veteran, Graham Martin, as the chair of their new venture. Late last year, September, the firm announced that it had purchased the exclusive rights to seventy-five feature films.

Skyrocket added that it had signed deals on the output and distribution of the games with various online platform providers. These deals will see the upcoming releases take place on over 350 gambling sites. They will also be released in various markets like the UK, Asia, and CIS countries, Russia, Malta and Eastern Europe.

At the launch, the firm sets a target of licensing 100 games yearly, based on old and new movie titles. The firm is not only concerned with the real-money gambling sector. It is also targeting the social gaming market, which has been progressively on an incline.

O’Kelly praised the partnership stating that Skyrocket has secured some of the most popular and promising titles from their library. He added that through the titles new and engaging gaming would be emerging. Skyrocket boasts of an extensive network of gambling sites operating in all over including Asia, the United Kingdom and Europe. Through this new collaboration, gambling sites will receive a wide variety of new games to boost their operations.
