They say bad things come in three’s, and Philadelphia rapper and recording artist Meek Mill has certainly had his fair share of casino drama this year. From racist allegations in Las Vegas, to losing more than $200k on a poorly-planned sports bet to Drake – the star’s most recent escapade involves haplessly laying down $70,000 on a blackjack game at a casino in New Orleans, and losing every last cent.

Soon after his loss, the rapper took to social media to say “I just lost 70k in the casino I’m sicccckkkkkkkk.” Fans and supporters didn’t quite share his relaxed enthusiasm about the matter though, with many suggesting he could pay for their tuition fees as an alternative way of investing his cash next time he hits the tables. But who cares about the struggles and educational prospects of Twitter-obsessed teenagers when your net worth is $14m a year, eh? Not Mr. Mill it seems!
